I wanted to purchase some test tubes but only knew of a USA company that sent them. I originally purchased 20 tubes 150mm x 20mm. They are good for my sugar queens but way to big for my Iridomyrmex queens.
So I found a local company that sells 100mm x 13mm tubes - which is a perfect size, but because they sell to labs mostly it was large pack. So I had to purchase 250 test tubes. for moisture i have a paper towel under it that i soak in water which is nicely absorbed by the block, so i never have to worry about changing water.
for feeding i use a syringe that can easily penetrate the plastic, to feed it honey water, for solids i just remove the cotton and drop it in there.
