This is mainly for those pesky Fire ants or Argentine ants, since it is hard for other ants to defeat them. I have done this before, and it somewhat worked. This might work good for the regular person to maybe save Harvester ant colonies (most/all of it only works in sandy areas so)

1. Lay sand traps (lot of crater with no way of getting back up for the ants, similar to what dragonfly larvae make) and put them all over near and around the Harvester ant or other species nests that is...

We all know that the queen ant for both driver ants and army ants is the biggest of any, but what about the workers? For example, I would consider Dinoponera to be a large ant, what is bigger in terms of workers overall? Cause although the size of the queens in both driver ants and army ants is impressive...their workers aren't exactly all that big, so I'm just looking for the overall biggest ant. Thanks.
