			<description><![CDATA[ This month I am visiting a country that is in its rainy season, and last week under some bright lights I spotted an enormous ant.  I scooped it up into the 2 dram vial I was carrying just in case some interesting specimen presented itself.  Of course I knew the genus at once, and so would you if you saw it.  The beastie is 37mm long.  I will post a photo sometime after I get home, but meanwhile, feel free to take a guess....<br><br>H ]]></description>

Couldnt get a good clear head shot but for the purposes of this she has 11 segmented antennae with a distinct club. I will continue to try to get a decent head shot though. 			<description><![CDATA[ Here is a new NTA. I was unable to find the images I was looking for and they may have gotten eaten by the microsoft patch/update that destroyed my computer recently. However something different this time around. A few weekis back these mounds caught my eye, I had never seen anything like them in the High Desert area I live in. So out came the camera, close examination quickly got a genus Ident but the species up to now eludes me. As you can see the mounds are not as tall as the film... ]]></description>
