Here is the update for my Camponotus pennsylvanicus colony. This colony was started in the Spring of 2010 with just a solo queen. As the photos show, this colony is growing very well. They were, until today, housed in an Antscanda nest which they would outgrow by next Spring. Today I transferred them to my new larger nest purchased from Mordam and a new outworld I made myself from a model display case. Here are some photos of them in the new and old nests as they move from one home to another. The move took about 4 hours with no casualties.
