My camponotus chromaiodes colony hasn't grown at all in the past few months. The larvae that had hatched from the third batch of eggs haven't grown and the queen hasn't laid any eggs since. I've kept my ants fed on fruits and a few insects (they're very picky when it comes to insects), and very recently, I've started them on that new ant formula, but I haven't seen any sign of growth in the brood. I'm wondering if its because the nest has become too small (they're still in their test tube). If I move them into a larger nest area, will the colony resume production?
