I think that she is a queen to this species: i7.photobucket.com/albums...C04125.jpg I was trying to get an ID for that species in my other thread.....Its a camponotus sp......but I dont know the exact species.

I have a lot of ants around my pool and in my pool that are exactly like the last picture you posted. I also have a huge red queen like yours but it is not stripped on the bottom. My hopes are that she is a queen of the species in your last picture because I really like the colors - we'll see
