I can see Dr. Ant's image as a smaller size, but I think people will have a difficult time seeing the details. An idea just popped up... How about making a thumbnail version? Like 300xwhatever vertical resolution (KEEP THE RATIO!)? When one uploads a picture, then the server will keep the original size (1600x1200 or whatever resolution) and then make a thumbnail out of it.
