This is an awesome book. A bit outdated, but an extremely interesting read!

Why not put it on a free file host server like rapidshare?

Huh I've had a ton of torrent downloads, but not a one off of rapidshare, thats the opposite of what I expected. Oh well, its out there now, whether anyone
reads it or not!

Hello, there is a little problem with your pdf: Pages 94 and 95 aren't in it, pages 144 and 145 are twice in it ..... A new try maybe???
