(if they do choose to though) Recently I noticed the males trying to crawl on each other within the nest. Kind of like they're in mating mode. So I'm sure they won't have a nuptial flight. The idea for the nuptial flight outworld was just an idea. I was just thinking it would be cool to catch your own colonies nuptial flight on video.

I'm with everyone else I love your journal and colony. I hate to say it, but I thought Pheidole Megacephala was invasive species. If so, then it is a really bad idea to release any of your alates.
